The lovely Louise of Louise Pillidge Lifestyle asked me if I could do some photos for her style collaboration with Review Australia and I was of course delighted to. Beautiful clothes and another opportunity to shoot in my attractive city with a fun Perth personality? I’m in!
This was one of the first shoots I’ve done where I have been required to get shots of different angles of an outfit. Whilst I was nervous about ensuring I met the brief, I also liked that it made me think about different ways of looking at the shot and focusing on certain aspects of the outfit.
King Street was the perfect backdrop and I think having lots of people walking in and out of shots added to the metropolitan/city feel of the outfit.
The skirt looked great with a bit of movement and so there was a lot of walking back and forth and shimmi-ing the skirt done by Louise!
The sun made the black and white of the outfit pop against the cream paving and the white walls of Prada.
Louise and I also shot a bunch of different outfits on this day as part of a different project, and I look forward to sharing them with you!
Meanwhile, I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend!
